Who can participate?
- Qualified candidates who did not participate in an earlier counselling round.
- Candidates who participated in Round 1 or Round 2 but were not allotted a college seat.
- Candidates admitted through Round 1 or Round 2 who resign from that allotted seat within the July 24-27 resignation window before registering for the mop-up round.
A candidate allotted a seat in Round 1 or Round 2 who does not resign within the official window is not eligible for the mop-up round.
