  2. Create a registration and verify the OTP sent to your contact details.
  3. Complete and lock the personal profile.
  4. Choose Diploma Programs, select SMVDU headquarters and add eligible up-skilling preferences.
  5. Select “Not Applicable” for the national-level test field as instructed by SMVDU.
  6. Enter Class X, Class XII, diploma and graduation details that apply to you.
  7. Upload supporting documents, review every field and submit by July 26.
  8. After allotment, submit the freeze or upgrade choice, pay the fee and report for document verification on time.

What happens if the deadline is missed?
