Required student action
Log in immediately and open the seat-allotment result. If a seat is allotted, check the institute and specialisation, review the amount under Seat Acceptance Payment Details, and complete the correct confirmation action by August 1. ACPC states that successful online fee payment confirms the admission automatically.
If the displayed token fee is zero, the candidate must still press the Accept button to confirm the seat. A zero amount does not mean that no action is required.
Step-by-step instructions
- Open the official ACPC admission portal and sign in to the MPharm candidate account.
- Select the Seat Allotment Result link and verify the allotted institute, course and category details.
- Open Seat Acceptance Payment Details and check the token tuition-fee amount.
- If a fee is payable, complete online payment by card, net banking or UPI before August 1.
- If the amount is zero, press Accept to confirm the admission. Use Decline only if you do not want the allotted seat.
- After confirmation, download and print the Document Verification cum Seat Acceptance Letter from the Activity List. ACPC says this provisional admission letter must be submitted while reporting to the allotted institute.
- Save the allotment result, payment receipt, admission letter and candidate-login confirmation.
Documents and institute verification
The allotment remains provisional until the institute verifies the required BPharm qualification records, minimum marks, category certificates, GPAT scorecard and other applicable admission documents. Sponsored candidates must also provide the prescribed sponsorship and study-leave or NOC documents. Follow the institute’s reporting deadline in addition to the online ACPC confirmation deadline.
ACPC’s notice says institutes are not permitted to retain students’ original documents. It also states that professional-course admission fees are to be charged for one semester, with the full semester fee payable at the institute after the online admission process.
What happens if the deadline is missed?
If a candidate neither confirms nor declines the allotted admission within the July 28-August 1 window, ACPC says the allotted seat will be cancelled. The candidate may participate in a later counselling round, but cannot claim the same seat again and should not assume it will remain available.
A confirmed seat can be withdrawn through candidate login during the applicable schedule. Once withdrawal is confirmed by OTP, the same course-and-institute allotment cannot be reinstated or claimed in a later round.
