Overview
Common University Entrance Test for Undergraduate Programmes (CUET UG) is a national entrance examination administered by the National Testing Agency for undergraduate admission at participating universities. A CUET score is only one part of admission: every applicant must also follow the programme, registration, preference, counselling, document and fee rules of the university they want to join.
Who should use CUET UG
Students applying to a participating university should first identify the exact degree and subject requirements published by that university. The selected CUET subjects must match the institution’s eligibility rules; taking the test does not make a candidate eligible for every programme.
After the CUET UG result
Download and retain the scorecard, then register separately with each chosen university when its admission portal opens. For example, Central Sanskrit University publishes its own programme and counselling notices after the examination stage.
