Required student action

  1. Read the official district notice and the official 2026-27 schedule PDF.
  2. Complete National Scholarship Portal One-Time Registration (OTR) if required by the application workflow.
  3. Confirm that Aadhaar is seeded to an active bank account in the student’s name.
  4. Prepare the caste certificate, Chhattisgarh domicile certificate, income certificate, previous-year result and current admission details.
  5. Open the official Chhattisgarh scholarship portal, select fresh or renewal application and enter details exactly as shown on the records.
  6. Upload clear documents, submit the form and save the acknowledgement or application number.
  7. Ask the institution scholarship nodal officer to confirm that the application has reached the verification queue.

What happens if the deadline is missed?

An application not submitted within the notified 2026-27 schedule may not enter institutional and departmental verification for that cycle. A late or incomplete application can also miss the relevant payment batch. Students should submit early and track verification instead of relying on the December 30 final batch.
