  4. Prepare an original proposal. Remove the names and contact details of the student and guide, and do not identify the college in the proposal document.
  5. Download and complete the official STSH 2026 Application Attestation Form. Obtain the required student, guide, department-head and college-head signatures and seal.
  6. Use your own active email address and mobile number. CCRH uses the registered email for correspondence.
  7. Return to the official STSH page, open the STSH 2026 registration link and submit the required details, attestation form and proposal by August 31.
