This notice is for candidates who satisfy GGSIPU’s revised sports-quota guidelines and the normal eligibility conditions for their chosen programme. It covers only programmes offered through the listed University Schools and Centres of Excellence, not every affiliated-college course.

The official programme table includes journalism and mass communication, education, liberal arts, pharmacy, environmental sciences, engineering and technology, computer applications, humanities, management, biotechnology, basic sciences, architecture and planning, design, law, and fire and industrial safety.

Required student action
- Open the official GGSIPU admission-notices page and download notification 134/2026.
- Check that your programme and programme code appear in the sports-quota notification.
- Read the 2026-27 admission brochure and revised sports-quota guidelines for programme eligibility and sports-document conditions.
- Complete Annexure A, the prescribed application form attached to the notification.
- Pay ₹2,500 for each programme code through the payment link printed in the official notification and retain the proof.
- If applying to more than one programme code, prepare a separate form and separate fee proof for each.
- Attach the payment proof and every document required by the form and guidelines.
- Submit the complete packet at the GGSIPU Facilitation Centre between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM by August 2.
- Keep a copy of the form, payment reference and submission acknowledgement.
Fee rule: programme code versus course option
The ₹2,500 fee applies per programme code. Some programme codes cover multiple named course options. GGSIPU’s notice explains that code 131, for example, covers several BTech/MTech dual-degree options; the fee is charged for the programme code rather than separately for each option within that code. A different programme code requires a separate application and fee.

The notification requires physical submission at the Facilitation Centre of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. Candidates should use the venue and instructions printed in the official form packet and monitor the admission notices page for any correction.
What happens if the deadline is missed?
A form submitted after August 2 at 5:00 PM is outside the notified window. Missing the physical submission, failing to include payment proof, or using one form for several programme codes can leave the application incomplete. Paying the fee alone does not replace submission of the prescribed form and documents.

Is the ₹2,500 fee refundable?
