Who is eligible?
Candidates must have qualified TG ICET 2026 and secured at least 50% aggregate marks in the qualifying degree for OC candidates or 45% for other categories. MBA applicants need a recognised bachelor’s degree of at least three years, excluding Oriental Languages. MCA applicants need BCA, BSc, BCom or BA with Mathematics at Class 12 or graduation level. The official notification also requires Indian nationality and applicable Telangana local or unreserved status rules.
Step-by-step action
- Open the official TG ICET counselling portal and read the candidate instructions.
- Pay the processing fee, enter the required basic information and book a help-line-centre slot by August 5.
- Attend certificate verification physically at the selected help-line centre. Carry originals and the required photocopies.
- After verification, enter as many genuine college and course choices as possible and freeze them by the phase deadline.
- Check the provisional allotment, pay the tuition fee and complete online self-reporting within the displayed dates.
- Download the joining report and report to the allotted college by August 25 in the final phase.

If a deadline is missed
A candidate who does not complete payment, slot booking and verification cannot enter web options for that phase. An allotted candidate who misses tuition-fee payment, self-reporting or physical college reporting risks losing the allotted seat. Use only the official portal and keep payment receipts, verified-certificate records and the joining report.
